Our programmes
Flagship programme
14 - 16 year olds
Our programmes are built around the theme of leadership development:
The flagship programme is designed for 14–16-year-olds going through GCSEs,- ongoing into 6th form or college, and into university/higher apprenticeships.
This includes:
- Study skills
- Communication and oral skills
- Self-awareness and effectiveness training
- Family orientation and guidance in navigating the system (social services, health and education)
- Practical support in the form of university visits, (help with applications etc.)
- Industry networking (office visits)
Our flagship programmes last for two years, with Saturday sessions and after-school sessions with coaching, counselling, tutoring and mentoring, in between.
Post-high school programme
18 years old +
Our post-high school programme involves:
- Practical support with loans, accommodation, adapting to life after high school etc.
- Planning for later stages in life
Our flagship programmes last for two years, with coaching, counselling, tutoring and mentoring available.
Post-graduate programme
21 years old +
Our post-graduate programme includes ongoing one-on-one support for young people into their 30s:
- Mentoring and networking to facilitate pathways to success
- Leadership development courses
Further support in areas such as mental health, work/life balance, promotion etc.
